Part 1:
Iranian religious
government and the religious leaders see American democracy and American value
the biggest threat to their ruling and the existence of ruling clergy in Iran,
that is why from the day one, after Iranian Islamic revolution in 1979, the clergy
leadership decided to fight United States of America and become the secretive
ally of Sunni religious fanatics around the world.
When
it became apparent that the
Before we go any further, we must
understand the government structure in Iran to learn who is who and who is
in-charge in Iran? How Iranian Islamic government train terrorists, plan their
tasks and executes them.
To understand
Iranian government structure, its necessary to understand the Shiite religion
structure as an institution.
Understanding
Shiite religion:
Lets start
with a famous quote from Shiite religion where it says
The tradition that "the Islamic jurists rule over the kings" (2) ( ͘
ی ی)
-
ی
is undisputed.(2) , the implication of this quote is that, the Shiite
clergy even rules over the kings, because Shiite doctrine and belief is that,
the rule on earth belong to
god and god assigned his representative to rule on his behalf and since
the last ruler of
Shiite belief is in hiding, therefore the Shiite clergy rule on his behalf. It
implies that If kings really follow Islam, they should follow the Islamic
Jurist of jurisprudence and
if the Shiite jurist are not holding the power then the rulers whether, they
are kings, presidents, chieftains, ask their permission to rule. This
approach makes the jurists the real rulers and, therefore, the power officially
be vested in them and not to those who are compelled
to follow jurists, as they do not know the law.
The Shiite
brand of Islam among many pillars has six important pillars as below:
1 The Taqieh (Arabic Taqia, Persian Taqieh) principle which means the act of dissimulation.
2 - Imitation and the source of imitation and source of immolation principle
3 - The expediency
4 - The Imams (Saints) innocence
5 - The ceremonies principle
6 The hidden Imam
The word Taqieh (Arabic Taqiya or Taqiyya) literally means: "Concealing or disguising
one's religious and non religious beliefs, convictions, ideas, feelings,
opinions, and/or strategies at danger or conflicts time, whether now or later
in time, to save oneself from Physical and mental injury or to promote ones
interest." A one-word translation would
be "Dissimulation.".
A better interpretation of Taqieh (Taqiyya) is lying
under oath that is sanctioned
by Shiite religion.
In todays Shiite realm its called Shiite diplomacy
and non Shiite call it Shiite hypocrisy, because it encompasses a comprehensive
spectrum of behaviors that serve to further the vested interests of Shiite
parties involved in middle east conflicts.
one of the Shiite highest religious authority in
Iraq, Ayatollah Ali Al-Sistatani describes the
concept of Taqieh or the act of Dissimulation as follows, Taqieh or
Dissimulation (Taqiyya) is the uttering of the
tongue, while the heart is comfortable with faith and objectives:
"1)Taqieh is done for safety reasons and protection of Islam. For example,
a person fears that he might be killed or harmed, if he does not observe Taqieh.
In this case, it is obligatory to observe Taqieh (from Arabic translation).
2) Reconciliatory Taqieh. This type of Taqieh is done when a person intends to
reconcile with the other side or when he intends to soften their hearts to protect
his interest or rights. This kind of Taqieh is permissible but not obligatory,
still recommended as a matter of consistency (from Arabic translation).
3) Sometimes, Taqiyah may cause a more important
obligation to be lost or missed, if so it is forbidden. For example, when I
know that silence would cause oppression and infidelity to spread and will make
people go astray, in such a situation it is not permissible to be silent and to
dissimulate (from Arabic translation).
4) Sometimes, Taqiyah may lead to the death of an
innocent person. If so, it is not permissible. It is therefore haram (forbidden) to kill another innocent person to save
your own life, exceptions are made if the person is
not innocent.
According to the Shia scholar Muhammad Husain Jafari
Sahiwal, Shi'ism would not
have spread if it wasn't for Taqieh or act of Dissimulation. (Referring to
instances where Shiites have been ruthlessly persecuted by the Sunni political
elite, during the Umayyad and Abbasid empires.
The Sunni view is that Shiite doctrine of Dissimulation isn't in accordance
with its acceptable use in Islam. They assert that Shi'ites
have been using Taqieh (taqiyya) or act of
Dissimulation as a tool of deception, not to save their own lives, but to cause
strife for the Sunnis and their political leadership and in recent history to
westerners, and for conspiratorial
implantation of their own minority faith among the mainstream Muslim faith. And to protect their political, economical interests.
1 - All Iranian Islamic
governments activities are designed around Taqieh ro
Dissimulation principle that is why, its important to explain the Taqieh
(Arabic Taqia) principle, the Taqieh or Taqia (Arabic) is the act of dissimulation.
Definition of the act of dissimulation is concealment of truth and the
concealment of true intention of a Shiite Muslim and not making their intention
public or known to the opponents.
The Shiite brand of Islam is the only religion in the world and history that
allows lying even under oath due to belief in the act of dissimulation.
The principle
of Dissimulation is sanctioned by Shiite religion and gives protection to the Shiites liars, therefore if a Shiite Muslim lies
under oath or under any circumstance, god will forgive him and his sins and
supreme leader who is the source of imitation or Imam will cleanse the sin from
him or her and this is a type of Shiite stereotyping.
It is mandatory for every Shiite Muslim to practice the Taqieh (the act of
dissimulation), practicing the act of dissimulation is strongly encouraged and
mandatory, if a Shiite does not practice the act of dissimulation, he or she
would be violating the Shiite principles and therefore committing a sin, he or she most definitely will not be forgiven and will
go to hell.
Shiite Muslims
are blood enemy of Sunni Muslims and vise versa
but the Taqieh principle allows
the Shiites to be allies with Sunni where their interest demands. The best
example is Iranian government support for Al-Qaeda, Osama Bin Laden and other
radical or fanatic Sunni Muslim movements and fighters such as Hamas and
Islamic Jihad in
It is no surprise that many Al-Qaeda
leaders are living in Iran ( will provide evidence in next article or next
part) and the Iranian government provides safe heaven
for them, in addition, provides them with weapons training, planning, plan
execution, forged documents such as passports, financial support and
transportation.
Another
example is the Iranian government support for Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood
movement where Iranian revolution guards in its infancy supported and trained
the assassination of Egyptian president Anwar Sadat in 1981 over the asylum of
Shah of
The current
Iranian support for Taliban and Hezb Islami
2 The source of
imitation principle which in Farsi is called Marjae Taqlid:
The source of imitation is a Shiite clergyman who has mastered the Shiite
religion theology and is called Ayatollah.
Each Shiite person must follow one of
the numerous sources of imitations, in another word every Shiite, man and women, young and old must be follower of an Ayatollah,
if a person does not imitate after an Ayatollah, he or she cannot be a Shiite
therefore is an infidel.
The Shiite rules and belief Hierarchy is similar to Catholicism hierarchy with
stronger emphasize on strict following of an Ayatollah. The founder of twelve-Imami of Shiite sect was King Ismail Safavid,
who was the son of Martha, the daughter of Uzun Hasan by his Pontic Greek wife Theodora,
better known as Despina Khatun,
Theodora was the daughter of Emperor John IV of Trebizond whom Uzun Hassan married in a deal to protect Trebizond from
Ottomans. King Ismail due to his lineage to Christianity had mastered the
Christian orthodox and Catholicism that is why a lot of similarities are built
into Shiite twelve-Imami hierarchy.
3 The expediency is the act of changing the religious rules to suit the Shiite religion interest by the source of imitation and the Ayatollah, the leaders of expediency can change the religious rules, edicts and directives at will to advance Shiite interest and the public followers must accept them. For instance if drinking beer is forbidden, the Ayatollah can issue an edict and make it permissible to drink beer for quenching the thirst.
Or when Iranian supreme leader announces to the world that manufacturing and use of nuclear weapon is not permissible by Islam and by Shiite religious rules while no where in Quran, Shiite testaments, Sunni testaments and Islamic doctrine manufacturing and using weapon of mass destruction is discussed or even mentioned. This is clearly a big lie that Ayatollah uses to deceive the world about his intentions.
The Ayatollah can change the rule and can make it permissible and he can use the principle of Taqieh or act of dissimulation to hide his Intention.
He can alter the
ruling by using the expediency principle, and make it permissible on the ground
that
Consider the following excerpts from Shiites scholars:
Governance Is a Primary Rule and Has Priority over Secondary Rules
If the government powers were considered within the domain of the Divine
secondary rules, the delegation of the Divine government and the absolute wilāyah (guardianship) to the Prophet Muhammad (s.)
would be a meaningless phenomenon.
The governance, which is a part of the absolute wilāyah(guardianship)
of the Prophet Muhammad (s.), is among the primary Islamic Shiites rules and
takes precedence over the whole secondary rules including the prayer, fasting
and Hajj (Ayatollah Rohallah Khomeini in a speech in
Iranian month-year Daymah

The Islamic ruler (Ayatollah) can demolish a mosque or a house, which obstructs
a street, and pay the owner its price or pay nothing to the owner. He can also
temporarily ban the mosques when necessary or demolish a mosque, which
proves detrimental to the public good, in case it is impossible to prevent its
harm without destroying it. The clergyman lead government can unilaterally
revoke a Sharia (Sharia=religious
law and ruling, religiously permitted law is called Sharia
law) contract that it has itself signed with people when it is understood to be
against the interest of the county or Islam. It is also able to stop any practice,
be it a worship or not, if it is recognized to be against the good of Islam.
The clergyman lead government can even temporarily prevent performing Hajj
(pilgrim to
Our Infallible Imams (a.) had
just used this same point that the Imam (the religious leader) has to have
superiority over others to prove their imamate. Also, the queries that Shīite scholars raise and criticize others fall within
this very domain when they say: the caliph did not know the answer to a
question about the Islamic Law or he did a certain act which was against the
Islamic law, so he was not qualified for this office.(1),
therefore Imam Ali and his Sons Hasan and Hosain are the rightful Caliph.
another example of disregard for people and expertise is the following quote
from the office of supreme leader of Iran from Imam Khomeini Muslims consider justice and knowing the law
as essential conditions and basic elements while other things are neither
significant nor necessary. For example, to know how the angles are or what the
characteristics of the Creator (Allah) are has nothing to do with the matter of
leadership. Similarly, suppose someone knows everything about physics and has
discovered all the natural forces or knows music well, he will neither be
qualified to be a caliph nor be given priority over those who are just and
knowledgeable in Islamic law to occupy the office of leader..
The wali or the welaih
means ruling on behalf of god, administering justice, collecting taxes directly
from people and those taxes are numerous, number one is Khums
which is 1/5th of people income which amounts to
20% of ones income, the second is the Zakat which is a tax on luxury goods and services and extra
income then the established income which we may call supplemental income, the
percentage of Zakat is established by the jurist, some times its 10% or up, the next level of taxation is the
Jazieh (tax in lieu of conversion to Islam= tribute)
and Fedieh (Ransom) which is a tax imposed on
infidels or non-believers in Islam who live on Muslim lands or a tax imposed on
protectorate infidel territories.
Wilāyah (Arabic) or velayat (Persian) (Guardianship) and Right of Ownership:
In Shiite Islam, it is legal to own property but it is restricted by
certain limitations. Limitation of ownership is among the issues, which are
within the jurist's area of competence due to his wilāyah
(guardianship); which [guardianship of the jurist] is, unfortunately, not
clear.
In spite of the fact that ownership is
respected by the sacred Legislator, walī al-amr (the Leader of Muslims) has the power to restrict a
legal property or even confiscate it if he realizes that such ownership goes
against the interest or advantage of Islam and Muslims.(13)
4 The Ayatollah and Imams are pious and innocent, they can never commit sins, would not make mistakes and god had made them this way, therefore they are gods representative on earth and every follower must listen to them and follow their orders. Governing the people is gods given duty to them to implement gods will.
5 All the events of
martyrdom of Imam Husain and Imam Hassan, Imam Ali sons must be reenacted
yearly; the reenactment must be repeated
7 and 40 days after the events reenactment.
The passion play and miracle play are mandatory requirements.
With metallic chain, slashing their heads and babies heads with a dagger to draw blood, reenacting the killing of Omar the 2nd caliph of Sunni Muslim sect. reenacting the burning of Omar the 2nd caliph of Sunni Muslim sect., jeremiad and dirge are mandatory, these performances are used to depress and soften the heart and mind of Shiite Muslims so that they can be suggestible, brain washed and controlled. The pity and compassion arises from the depressed minds and the clergy is seen as the person who rising to the occasion to heal the 1400 years of wounds.
To implant the strong instinct of giving ones life for the clergy and religion, the clergies implant
such ideas in these events in people mind while people are not aware and are
very Receptive of suggestions. The Shiite clergies have perfected the science
of psychology and art of brain Washing. A happy mind cannot easily be
manipulated but a depressed mind can easily be manipulated and receptive of
suggestion and implanting the ideas becomes easy, therefore they use these
events to make people mind Depressed and control their minds. In these events they select their suicide
bomber.
6 The hidden Imam:
the belief is that the twelfth imam went to hiding and installed the
Ayatollahs, as his successor until he reappears
and every Shiite Muslim are to obey the Ayatollahs until his coming.
They believe
he remains in hiding until the world is full of sin, killing, rape, murder, and
thievery.
The fanatics believe to hasten his reappearance, they even Believe
for their hidden Imam to reappear faster, they must go on killing spree and
must use weapon of mass destruction to kill all Non-believers.
The fanatics supported by Iranian revolution guards and office of supreme
leader have organized crime groups. These groups are sent to Bahai religious communities to assassinate Bahais and also sent to Iranian Sunni communities and
provinces to assassinate Sunni religious leaders, to create more hatred and
chaos so their hidden Imam will appear faster.
The Iranian
system of government deliberately designed to function as two separate entities
with one having the real power, the top tier is the policy, politics designer
and another one would be the implementer.
The top tier
government consist of Supreme leader, which the power is vested in him as gods
representative and will control the judiciary, the regular armed forces, the
revolution guard forces, the Basij militia, the print, audio, video and
electronic media, the guardian council, the expediency council and the
constitution. The guardian council over sees the national assembly.
The second tier
government or implementer government is elected by popular vote and has no
executive power. All the important and executive policies have a red line drawn
around them that forbid the national assembly and the elected president form entering such as foreign policy is reserved for
supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khaminaey and president can not act On the foreign policy
without permission from Ayatollah Khaminaey.
The second tier, which we call the implementer government, takes the role of
implementing the will of top tier unelected government and its duty is to
legislate the top tier government will and to give the will of supreme leader
legitimacy. The execution of the will of top tier government is the job of
second tier government for domestic consumption and hiding and shielding the
true ruler from world public opinion.
While the
national assembly is part of the second tier government and as implementer tier
must take the will of the top tier government and legislate it.
Its duties also include the supreme leaders exoneration from misdeeds. Its job is taking
all the blames for wrongdoing to make the supreme leader appear pious and
innocent.
The second
tier government or implementer plays two major roles; one is to make the
supreme leader appear innocent and pure
in the eyes of Iranian citizens and the world, the other is to makes Iran
appear a democratic country. The Taqieh principle is implemented when the Iranian
president and the National Assembly members are elected. This behavior makes
The Islamic

support for this groups are executed by the top tier government revolution
guard and its foreign wing the Quds force.
However, the
two governments are connected on the top to the supreme leader and all the
power is vested in supreme leader and the clergies. The supreme leader own the
vested power, which controls the army, secret police, prison system, they also
control judiciary, and the other would be the elected president, cabinet
members and the parliament. The role and function of each one is predefined.
The two are as below:
Supreme leader
The assembly of expert
The guardian council
The judiciary
Revolution guards
Basij militia
Expediency council
The elected
body:
The parliament and parliament members

-
Why the
The answer is in Shiite religion doctrine. The Shiite religion has been
struggling since 1400 years ago to establish the divine rule
as prescribed by the Faqih (jurist-consult or
jurisprudence).
--
Shiite Islam
started as a political movement supporting Ali (cousin and son-in-law of
Muhammad, the Prophet of Islam) as the rightful caliph of the Islamic state
after the death of Prophet Mohammed. The legitimacy of this claim, as initially
envisioned by Alis supporters was based on his perceived righteousness, tribal
customs, his close relation to the Prophet and prophet Muhammads alleged
designation of Ali as his successor,. Alis right passed with his death in 661
AD to his son Hasan, who chose not to claim it, and after
Hasans death, the right was passed on to Hosain, Alis younger son. The evolution into a religious
formulation is believed to have begun with the martyrdom of Hosain
in 680 AD at
The central
belief of Twelve-Imami Shiites is the occultation (or
disappearance from view) of the 12th Imam. The 12th Imam
is considered the only legitimate and just ruler, and therefore the Shiite
clergies should rule on his behalf until he reappears.
The religious authority of the Shiite clerics is
derived from their role as deputies of the absent 12th Imam; they
are as such the recipients of the Khums (religious
tax= 1/5th of an individual or entitys income) (Arabic, khums=1/5th = 20% of income tax), a source of
substantial economic autonomy for Shiite Clerics. Shiite clerics are often
referred to as Mullahs and Mujtahids.
The most prominent clerical position is that of marja
al-taqlid or source of imitation. The Shiite clergy
does not, however, have a formal hierarchy but the hierarchy is traditionally
maintained from lower ranking obeying the higher ranking and the masses following
both the lower and higher ranking. The honorific ayat
Allah or ayatollah [sign of God] is a title that does not correspond to any
established religious function and its
an honor bestowed upon the highest ranking and most experienced by tradition.
The doctrine
emphasizes that the rule of law belong to god and god has chosen the
jurisprudence to be his representative until the twelfth Imam (Imam Mahdy) appears on earth to establish justice. Until then
the jurisprudence is in-charge of ruling the people. In the past 500 years in
Iran all the kings who have ruled Iran has been blessed by the jurisprudence to
rule on their behalf. The ruling has been a loan from the jurisprudence to the
King. The duty of the ruling king and the jurisprudence is to expand the Shiite
Islamic law called sharia, convert other faiths to
Shiite Islam to make preparation for coming of twelfth Imam. If people are not
converted to Shiite Islam then the people will not obey the divine rule
therefore its a must to convert people of other faith even by force if
necessary as Khomeini has said.
In a country that
officially have a parliament, and the legislative branch, what is the need for
another body to make laws? In a democracy the laws are made by legislative
branch such as upper and lower house of parliament but in Islamic

relating to politics, intelligence, social, cultural and economic fields in
regard to general defense and security policies; and
3. Exploitation of materialistic and
intellectual resources of the country for facing the internal and external

This body goes beyond its defined role and issuing laws, regulations to curtail
and
limit the Iranian citizens rights, limit the use of Internet, issuing
directives to harass and arrest women who dont observe proper Islamic dress

arrest warrants against
dissidents.
This legislative
body even issue arrest warrants against sitting parliament members who are
supposed to enjoy political immunity to silence the opposition in parliament.
The power of dissimulation, expediency and emulation
The belief in
dissimulation, expediency and emulation so strong that become second nature to
Shiite Muslims.
The dissimulation, expediency and emulation can be preserved, selectively used
and applied when necessary and the resolve is also plays a major role in Shiite
nature to application of these three principles.
The door to repent for those who dont always follow it is always open. To show
the power of dissimulation, expediency and emulation, lets look at couple of real
instances that occurs in Iranian recent history:
General Hossein Fardoust
was Mohammad Reza Shahs (Shah of
General Fardoust server the Shah since he was 6 or 7
years old, he went to primary school with Shah, he went to High School with
Shah to Switzerland and he became his best friend and confidant while he was in
power for more then 37 years. He served as deputy of Savak (Shahs intelligence force),
day-to-day affairs of that security and intelligence bureau and for 20 years
headed the Special Intelligence Bureau of
General Fardoust was SAVAK within SAVAK, every thing that this man had was given to him by Shah and no
one ever thought that he would ever betray the Shah and change side to support
Khomeini yet after the over throw of Shah, he and General QaraBaghi
remaind in Iran while other generals who were
associated with Shah, all left Iran for Europe or United states.
In April of 1987, General Fardoust appeared in public
for the first time in a television "interview" with Islamic
authorities. He acknowledged that he had secret meeting with Mehdi Bazargan, the firs prime minister after the revolution, before the
revolution victory and had pledged his support to Khomeini and the
revolutionaries.
He described and denounced the life of the Shah of
In the interview he claimed 10,000 full-time investigators were needed by the
Special Intelligence Bureau just to keep track of the money-grabbers and plunderers
in the Shah's elite. The oath that General Hussein Fardoust
took to server and protect the Shah and the oat was
reaffirmed every morning, did not stop him from betraying the Shah and
protecting the Ayatollahs.
After keeping his resolve for more then 37 years and
discreetly believing in dissimulation, in his view, he finally fulfilled his
dream of joining the pious few.
General Qarabaghi who was the joint chief of staff of
Iranian armed forces during and before revolution also used the dissimulation,
expediency and emulation principles to serve Ayatollah Khomeini, while he too,
took the oath to serve and protect the Shah of Iran. At the end, he too
betrayed the Shah of
these two and many other Iranian military generals, Due to strong belief in the
act of dissimulation, expediency and the emulation principles, had disguised
their support for Khomeini and the other Ayatollahs who were their source of
imitation while serving the Shah.
The resolve of the Shiite men and women is remarkable.
At the end, general Fardoust repented and lived to
tell the story and to prove the resilience of dissimulation, expediency and the
emulation principles.
He wrote his voluminous memoir which is all against the Shah and was permitted
to publish it and even received funding and financial support by the Islamic
republic if
General Abbas QarabaqGhi who
also served the Shahs court for 37 years, at the end succumbed to
dissimulation expediency and abandoned the Shah but his repent was not accepted
by Khomeini, therefore he chose to leave Iran couple of days after the
revolution victory.
The dissimulation, expediency and emulation history is being repeated on this
